1st Choice Properties is a family run business with over 35 years experience within the estate agency industry. 

We started our journey as The Letting Store in March 2010.  Our growth over the last 10 years has predominantly been in the Lettings and Property Management sectors. 

In 2015 we set up 1st Choice Properties as an alternative to traditional high street estate agents, offering our clients a new and exciting way of selling their property in a cost-effective way.

In 2018 we took the decision to combine the two businesses as 1st Choice Properties to enable us to provide a complete Sales, Letting and Property Management service to our clients.
